TERMS & CONDITIONS

Advertising on web sites owned by dBO Advertising Agencyare subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All advertising materials are subject to previous approval by dBO Advertising Agency, which reserves the right to refuse or cancel any ad deemed inappropriate for any reason.
   
   
2. Payments
   For all kind of advertising on our websites, we accept ONLY payments IN ADVANCE. We accept payments via PayPal service. When client make payment, advertisement will be LIVE same day.
   
   
3. Cancelation / Refund policy
   - we refund 70% of payed amount - if client cancel ads campaign during first 2 days
   - we refund 40% - if client cancel ads campaign in next 3 days (from 2. to 5. day from beginning of advertising / payment)
   - after 5 days fees paid for advertising are non-refundable.
   These are valid conditions, unless the advertising contract is defined differently.
   
   
4. Advertising space is subject to limited availability and will be handed out on a first-come first-served basis. Once all of the available advertising places are filled, further advertisements are queued (stored off-line) until the next available slot becomes available.
   
   
5. Advertising applies only to the precisely defined domains. Subdomains are subject to special offers and advertisements.
   
   
6. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Updates will be made available here (TERMS & CONDITIONS).
   
   
7. Rates (fees/prices) are subject to change without prior notice. Only new or renewed contracts are affected when rates change.
   
   
8. All advertisements are positioned and defined according to rules dictated by dBO Advertising Agency defined on web page OFFERS AND PRICES
   
   
9. dBO Advertising Agency assumes no liability for errors in ads materials. Any correction / modification of advertising material will be additionaly charged.
   
   
10. dBO Advertising Agency has the right to cancel the display of ads content for customers who are late with payment.
    
    
11. dBO Advertising Agency is not responsible for delays in publishing or not publishing advertising material and content in the event of circumstances beyond the control dBO Advertising Agency.
    
    
12. Clients categories (DISCOUNTS)
    There is 4 basic clients categories. The client must meet all requirements to be classified in some of possible categories:
    
    
    1. CATEGORY - A - DISCOUNT UP TO 50%
       + Special clients who advertise more then 24 months without interruption
       + Clients who buy more then 3 advertisement position (banner or text link)
    2. CATEGORY - B - DISCOUNT 30%
       + Clients who advertise more then 12 months without interruption
       + Clients who buy more then 1 advertisement position (banner or text link)
    3. CATEGORY - C - DISCOUNT 20%
       + Clients who advertise more then 12 months without interruption
       
    4. CATEGORY - D - DISCOUNT 10%
       + Clients who advertise more then 3 months without interruption
       
       There is no possibility of obtaining any discount if the customer does not belong to any of these categories.
       
    
    
13. These Terms and Conditions are considered and accepted by the payment of advertising clients.
